Super-audio electric signal created by ultrasonic wave from washing machine will transfer into mechanic vibration of same frequency through piezoelectric inversion effect of energy converter, and radiate forward in washing solvent in the form of vertical super-audio waves (vertical super-audio waves transmit interactively in minus pressure area and positive pressure), create tens of thousand of small bubbles, which explodes cyclically; these bubbles take into form and grow in minus pressure area, and close rapidly in positive pressure area, i. e. transiently explode, which will attack surface, apertures, cavities and other fine part of articles to be washed, and so that dirt on such articles are peeled off (this is "cavity effect" of ultrasonic washing machine) and surfaces of articles can be cleaned.
