Microplate Reader

Microplate Reader is a professional instrument for reading and analyzing the results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The enzyme-linked immunosorbent reaction is carried out by an enzyme-catalyzed chromogenic substrate coupled to an antigen or antibody. The reaction result is displayed in color. The concentration of the antibody or antigen to be tested in the sample can be judged by the absorbance value, absorbance, negative and positive etc.
